If you have a lot of entries, instead of completing the below form, you might find it easier to send a supporting email to [email protected] with the following information:
1) Company Name 2) Brand Name (if different from Company Name) 3) Name of Products Entered 4) Your suggested categories (note we will enter you into all suitable categories) 5) Website/Social Media Link to your product or company 6) Short Description of your product 7) How did you hear about us?
2 Send in your Samples
Please note we also require 2 x product samples (except prams/buggies, highchairs, services, high-items with approval) for each entry to:
