Hi everyone,

Today I want to write about bath time!
I have two boys and they love their box of bath toys. I have a box of different sea-creatures, boats and other random items like a tea-set! Kids can be funny though and although both of them love bath-time, there are occasions (usually when they’re most filthy) that they put up resistance! Often we’ll compromise on a ‘one and done’, meaning a quick one minute bath but I know once they’re in, they soon change their mind and will stay in for a lot longer! That’s great for me as it gives me a chance at a quick tidy-up in the bathroom. 

also means I know they’re going to the nursery/school clean the next day and that they’ll probably get off to sleep more easily. The main downsides are that it’s a pain keeping them mould-free and they need a thorough cleaning regularly. I have recently come across some beautiful mould-free ducks by Cuddledry which don’t have any holes for mould to grow inside of, are 100% safe for babies and are BPA Free. Rubber duckies are of course an essential for bath-time but these will save us from hours of scrubbing while providing peace of mind.
Another fantastic product that I know my kids would love is the Ducky Fishing Game from Trotters. Now the kids need to use their coordination to fish little duckies out of the bath using little wooden rods. These would also be great for the paddling pool in the summer and would make a super game for when friends come over to play!

An adorable and environmentally-friendly option if your little one needs a boat to co-captain would be the Plan Toys Sailing Boat Bear from Natural Baby Shower. This is made from natural rubberwood which makes it one of the most sustainably produced products we can buy and equal care is taken into making the packaging eco-friendly. 

​Since my kids love puzzles and bath toys, I really do need to get them something from Cocobanana who have a whole range of build your own bath toys sets and bath puzzles. The sets all look gorgeous but obviously I’ll need to start with the sharks and crocodiles sets.  These toys are BPA, phthalates and latex-free and have a real classic vibe to them, a must-have we didn't know we needed!
Finally, we have a Japanese, eco-friendly brand Kitpas which makes crayons that little ones can use to draw in the bath. I can imagine many of you might be thinking “I’ll take a hard pass on that one” but these crayons wash straight off, leaving no mess! My boys love their existing bath toys and I have to admit, I didn’t realise there were such great new products on the market! I’m definitely going to have to check some of these out!
